Additional request for TIBG Karma V15

  • 1. Put Joselito De Jesus on the manager role in the new karma version.
  • 2.  We want to change the priority to none editable once the ticket is created. The only one who can edit or change the priority is the manager.
  • 3. Attendance module for the new version is not working.
  • 4.  Create a path to V15 which will create a ticket in a separate for service ping (networkalert@tibg.net )
  • 5. Report that list all the asset tags that are under warranty and not under warranty
  • 6. Detailed report that will display all details of the ticket in xls or .csv format with date range.
  •  ex. (New,Inprogress,closed,canceled,return)
  • 7. Report that show all the parts or materials that need to be replaced and the cost if it is not under warranty (can be search via Device Name or asset tag)
